Pennie is a physical therapist by education, but life has taken her on an unexpected and creative path. Growing up in Ohio, she spent 17 years in Los Angeles pursuing college and graduate school before returning to NE Ohio in 2017. While she always believed physical therapy was her true passion, something felt like it was missing. It wasn’t until she took a break from her career to become a mother that she truly realized what it was. Thanks to her three animated children, who have challenged her to grow in unimaginable ways, and her supportive husband, Pennie discovered that she is happiest and most fulfilled when she's creating.
